At about 10:30 Tuesday night, Fremont police responded to the 300 block of East 14th Street for a disturbance.
An investigation was conducted, resulting in the arrest of Dustin J. Irvin, 41, homeless, for violation of a domestic abuse protection order, possession of stolen property and stalking.
