Fremont police responded at 3:28 Wednesday afternoon to the 800 block of Davenport Street in reference to a disturbance.
An investigation was conducted, resulting in the arrest of Saira Perez Gomez, 19, of Fremont for third-degree domestic assault and child abuse.
