Richard David Werst, 75, of Fremont passed away, on Aug. 26th, 2023, at South Haven Living Center in Wahoo.
Richard was born June 16, 1948, in Fremont to Walter and Anna (Lahmann) Werst. He graduated from Fremont High school in 1966.
Richard lived in Fremont for most of his life and was a delivery driver for Carquest, along with other auto companies. He loved trains and model cars, and always delighted in visiting with friends and family.
He is survived by his sister, Deborah Werst of Fremont; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Raymond Werst.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2023, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. Online condolences may be left at www.mosermemorialchapels.com.
