At about 3:34 Thursday afternoon, Fremont police responded to the area of Ninth and Hancock streets in reference to a disturbance involving a weapon.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Antony Frederick, 21, of North Miami, Florida, for terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
