A Fremont man faces various charges following a traffic stop on Wednesday afternoon.
At about 2:38 p.m., police stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of North Lincoln Avenue. During the stop, the driver declined to properly identify himself. As a result, Chamkuoth B. Dieu, 20, of Fremont was arrested for obstructing a peace officer, no valid registration and duty to carry driver’s license.
