Fremont police responded at 9:33 Sunday night to a disturbance in the 300 block of West Jackson Street.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Juan G. Montante-Sanchez, 32, of Fremont for third-degree domestic assault and disturbing the peace.
