Fremont police responded at about 10:03 Friday night to a disturbance in the 1200 block of East 23rd Street.
Upon arrival, officers learned that the individual causing the disturbance had left prior to their arrival. Officers then located the individual nearby.
Tanner K. Anderson, 30, of Lincoln was arrested for disorderly conduct.
