A disturbance shortly before midnight Thursday in the 22400 block of North Nye Avenue resulted in an arrest.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Quintanna R. Montanye, 36, of Fremont for third-degree degree domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance.
