
Fremont police have a suspect in custody following a stabbing Monday morning.
At about 4:24 a.m., officers were dispatched to a residence in the 800 block of West 10th Street due to a reported stabbing. Two individuals, a 56-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, were transported to a medical facility.
Zachariah T. Schild, 18, of Fremont was arrested for use of a weapon to commit a felony (Class II felony) and two counts of second-degree assault (Class II A felony).
