
Fremont Public Schools has announced that Jaimi Stelk will be joining the administrative team at Johnson Crossing Academic Center as an assistant principal.
Stelk will replace Brittney Kuhr who was recently named the principal at Howard Elementary.
Stelk has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Concordia University and a master of education leadership and master of curriculum and instruction from Doane University. Stelk has previously taught at Council Bluffs Community Schools and Millard Public Schools. She is currently a third grade teacher at Norris Intermediate School.
“Jaimi will bring many quality leadership skills to Johnson Crossing Academic Center,” JCAC Principal Brent Harrill said. “She has a
variety of leadership experiences and will connect well with the community of Fremont. We are excited to welcome Jaimi and are looking forward to her joining our team at Johnson Crossing.”
Stelk will begin her new role on July 1.
