A Fremont man was arrested following the report of a shoplifting complaint at 7:31 Friday night at a business in the 800 block of East 23rd Street.
The suspect left the scene prior to the officers’ arrival. An investigation was conducted, resulting in the arrest of Andrew S. Price, 30, for shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and outstanding warrants.
