Fremont police were dispatched at 1:05 Tuesday morning to the 700 block of West 11th Street for a report of a man sleeping on a front porch.
Officers had contact with Kevin Martinez, 21, of Fremont, whom they learned had active warrants. Drugs were located during his arrest resulting in an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance.
