FREMONT, Neb. – With unfavorable weather forecasted for Friday and Saturday, Midland University has announced changes to home schedules for baseball, flag football, women’s lacrosse, and men’s lacrosse. A full list of affected games and their rescheduled dates are listed below.
Baseball
- Friday’s and Saturday’s baseball games vs Northwestern College have been moved to Monday, March 20, and Tuesday, March 21. Both days are slated for doubleheaders played at Moller Field in Fremont.
Flag Football
- Saturday’s flag football game against Cottey College has been postponed to Wednesday, April 19. The game will be part of a doubleheader for the Warriors as they host Fort Scott as well. Game time for the first game is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at Heedum Field in Fremont.
Women’s Lacrosse
- Friday’s women’s lacrosse game against the University of St. Mary has been postponed until Sunday, March 19. Game time between the Warriors and Spires is set for 1:00 p.m. at Heedum Field in Fremont.
Men’s Lacrosse
- Saturday’s men’s lacrosse game against the University of St. Mary has been postponed until Sunday, April 16. The teams are slated for a 1:00 p.m. start at Heedum Field in Fremont.
Additional changes this weekend
- Midland Tennis has shifted its schedule of games to St. Louis, Missouri. They’ll face Olivet Nazarene University on Friday night and then face Missouri Baptist University and William Woods University on Saturday.
