Late Saturday night and early Sunday morning, Fremont police were dispatched to the 2200 block of North Nye Avenue multiple times for disturbing the peace complaints.
On more than one occasion, police warned Elias Maldonado of Fremont about disturbing the peace. Maldonado was ultimately arrested for that offense.
