Police arrest homeless man for possession of controlled substance

Fremont police conducted a traffic stop at 7:54 Tuesday night in the 800 block of North Bell Street.

Drugs were located resulting in the arrest of Danner Eduardo Colmenares Arroyo, 18,  who is homeless, for possession of controlled substance.
