A Fremont man faces shoplifting charges following an incident Sunday.
At about 12:55 p.m., an investigation took place in the 3000 block of East 23rd Street. As a result of the investigation, Jeffery C. Simpson was arrested for theft by shoplifting third offense which subsequently makes it a felony.
