On Friday, 9-02-2022, at approximately 4:15 pm, officers were called to the 800 block of South Broad to a report of a physical disturbance. Officers arrived and learned the suspect had the left the area. An investigation was initiated and the suspect later turned himself in. The individual, 32-year-old Neri B. Ramirez Molina of Fremont, was arrested and charged with 3rd degree assault and terroristic threats.
Sunday night, 9/04/2022, at approximately 8:02 pm, a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of 23rd and Clarkson street. Contact was made with the driver who misrepresented his identity. Tomas Lopez Osorio, 27 of Fremont, was arrested and charged with Criminal Impersonation.
Sunday night, 9/04/2022, around 8:40 pm, Fremont Police investigated an incident at a business in the 3000 block of East 23rd Avenue North. As result of that investigation, Joshua E. Witt 35 of Fremont, was arrested for disturbing the peace and stalking.
