A Fremont man is facing charges after an incident Monday.
Fremont police were investigating a parking issue in the 1700 block of West 16th Street when the registered owner (James Leeper, 47) arrived on the scene.
During the investigation, officers located controlled substances. Leeper was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine and alprazolam). He was transported to the Dodge County Booking Center.
