At about 9:26 Thursday night, Fremont police officers were dispatched to the area of Military and L Street for a disturbance.
Contact was made with Mathias S. Shirley of Fremont who was involved in the disturbance. Mathias was warned numerous times for his disruptive behavior but it continued. He was subsequently placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
