Fremont man arrested for 2nd-degree trespassing

Fremont police arrested Levi Duncan, 21, of Fremont for second-degree trespassing following an incident Monday night.
Officers were dispatched to a business parking lot in the 800 block of East 23rd Street in reference to two motorcycles being driven recklessly in the parking lot. Duncan had already been given a trespass warning for the property. The other driver, Joshua Dill, 25, of Fremont was also arrested for second-degree trespassing.
