Ruth L. Kurtz, 86, of Fremont passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022, at the Douglas County Heath Center in Omaha. Ruth was born June 18, 1935, in Omaha to Arthur and Edna (Stevenson) Muller.
Ruth grew up in Omaha and also lived in Minnesota for a time. She married Joseph W. Kurtz on June 26, 1957, in Omaha. After their marriage, they returned to Omaha. In 1991 they came to Fremont. Joseph preceded her in death on February 3, 2015.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Edward (Pat) Muller
She is survived by her daughter, Lois Kurtz on Omaha; son, David Kurtz of Norfolk; sisters, Jean (Art) Fletcher of Elkhorn, NE and Sally Olsen of Omaha.
Private graveside service will be at Ridge Cemetery in Fremont.
