The Stanton County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Fremont man in connection with a burglary earlier this fall in rural Pilger.
Carl Epley Jr. was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of burglary and theft of firearms. A citizen’s tip led to Epley’s whereabouts.
Epley is being held on a $100,000 bond. In November, authorities arrested Jennifer Oswald of Beemer for her alleged involvement in the burglary. She is currently out on bond.
