A Fremont man’s arrest at about 3:45 Thursday afternoon led to the discovery that he had two outstanding arrest warrants out on him.
Jon C. Coniglio, 49, (no permanent address) was arrested on suspicion of drinking on public property and littering after he was observed drinking beer at a picnic table in the John C. Fremont Park, located in the 800 block of north Park Avenue.
Empty beer cans were observed on the ground around him. After his arrest, it was learned of his outstanding arrest warrants in Douglas County and Lancaster County.
