Fremont police arrested an Elkhorn man Monday morning on an outstanding Dodge County warrant following a traffic stop for expired plates in the 300 block of north Lincoln Avenue.
Joshua A. Adams, 34, was arrested at about 9:40 a.m. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and operating an unregistered vehicle.
