Christopher H. Crance, age 66 of Fremont, Nebraska passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 5, 1955 to Thomas and Katherine (Rowe) Crance in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Christopher served in the US Navy from February 20, 1974 to February 18, 1978 during Vietnam and the Navy Reserves until February 19, 1980. He was a lineman for Verizon and retired in December of 2009. Christopher married Jacqulene (Radu) on August 27, 1983 in Huntertown, Indiana. He enjoyed his time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren. He also cherished his time in Wisconsin.
Christopher is survived by his wife, of almost 38 years, Jacqulene Crance; and son, Sean P. Crance both of Fremont; daughter, Autumn J. (Sean) Snyder of Talladega, Alabama; brothers, Cliff (Jeanette) Crance and Harry Crance; sisters, Cindy Ringler and Connie (Archie) Zehr; and 3 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Doug Crance.
There are no local services planned at this time. A Celebration of Life service will be held in Indiana at a later date.
