Police investigate theft of catalytic converter

The Fremont Police Department is investigating a theft complaint at a business on Wednesday afternoon.
At about 1:30 p.m., a business in the 500 block of north H Street reported that a catalytic converter was taken off of a business vehicle that had been parked and left unattended.
The estimated loss is $1,000.
