A Fremont woman was cited on Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of child abuse/neglect (no injury).
At about 2:30 p.m., Ashley Barrera, 22, was cited after a 6-year-old child was found wandering alone in the 500 block of north H Street at about 5:50 a.m. earlier that day.
