The Fremont Police Department is investigating some recent incidents.
At 6:45 Monday night, Matthew E. House, 20, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of fictitious plates and no proof of insurance following a traffic stop in the 200 block of north M Street.
On Sunday morning at 3:45, Daniel H. Ramos, 27, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop near Jackson and Broad streets. He was also cited for driving left of center and no operator’s license.
At 11:15 Sunday night, Samual L. Wallitsch, 28, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 100 block of north Lincoln Avenue.
Wallitsch was also charged with driving left of center, refusing to submit to a preliminary breath test and refusing to submit to a chemical test (breath).
