A Leshara woman was cited at about 7:10 Sunday night on suspicion of theft by shoplifting.
Shelly A. Barnes, 44, was cited following a theft complaint at a business in the 1000 block of east 23rd Street.
She is accused of failing to pay for merchandise in the amount of $160.00
