FREMONT – At a special Fremont City Council meeting on January 16, 2021, City Staff reviewed and discussed the draft Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) with Mayor Spellerberg and Fremont City Council.
The CIP is a five-year list of the tentatively planned capital improvements for the City. Here are some of the larger big-ticket improvements (excluding street projects) planned over the next five years:

The planning process is designed to promote community involvement and encourage citizen participation. City staff knows that the success of this planning effort will depend on engaging the community, so community outreach is included throughout the planning process.
