FREMONT – Fremont Police arrested Bradley D. Carson, 36, of Fremont on Sunday, January 10 on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
At approximately 3:45 pm, in the 2200 block of Phelps Avenue, an officer attempted to stop Carson, but he did not pull over.
He was additionally charged with operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest, possession of an open container of alcohol, violating a stop sign and willful reckless driving.
