
The Fremont Police Department responded to several incidents in the past few days. All of the information is from FPD.
At about 7:30 Friday night, police were dispatched to the area of 800 East 23rd Street for a trespassing complaint. Following an investigation, Jeff Hammone, who FPD said is homeless, was arrested for violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act.
At 7 Saturday morning, officers were dispatched to the area of 700 North Broad Street in reference to a wanted party. Officers arrived and conducted an investigation. Michael Schutz, who FPD said is homeless, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and an out-of-county warrant for domestic violence.
Police conducted a traffic stop at about 12:10 Saturday afternoon in the area of Eighth and Main Street.
The driver, Petrona Castro of Fremont, was arrested for no operator’s license and driving the wrong way.
At about 2:40 Saturday afternoon, officers responded to a trespassing complaint in the area of 2800 East 23rd Avenue North.
After an investigation, Dennis Ghostbear, who FPD said is homeless, was arrested for criminal trespass.
At 1:15 Sunday morning, police made a traffic stop in the area of Linden and Platte.
The driver, Vicente Ramos Lopez of Fremont, was arrested for DUI over .15, no operator’s license, failure to use designated lane, and open container.
Also on Sunday at about 4:10 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the area of 740 North Michael.
Jelber Aroldo-Moran of Fremont was arrested for obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, and criminal trespass. Mayra Moran Aceituno of Fremont was cited for criminal mischief and criminal trespass.
At approximately 7:46 Monday morning, FPD was dispatched to the area of 1600 East First Street in reference to someone starting a fire.
Following an investigation, Jenna Boschult, who FPD said is homeless, was arrested for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
