Muriel June Fouts, 89, of Fremont passed away, Monday, January 26, 2026, at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont.
Muriel was born May 10, 1936, in Colon to Richard and Thelma (Nelson) Voboril. She graduated from Fremont High School in 1955. She married Melvin Fouts on May 28, 1955, in Fremont. He preceded her in death on February 23, 2008. She worked at Campbell’s Soup Company in Fremont.
Muriel is survived by her sons, Glenn and Jim Fouts, both of Fremont; and sister Mildred Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Richard Fouts.
The memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 2, 2026, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. The burial will be at Ridge Cemetery in Fremont.
