Fremont police responded at 8:41 Saturday morning to the 100 block of Ohio Street for a disturbance.
During the investigation, Andres A. Plesent, 22, of Fremont was uncooperative and arrested for obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest-2nd/subsequent offense, and second-degree domestic assault.
