Bruce L. Brown, 71, of Arlington passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont. He was born May 9, 1954 in Fremont to Donald E. and Betty “Carletta” (Kincanon) Brown.
Bruce grew up in Arlington and in 1971 moved to Wanamingo, Minnesota. He graduated from high school in 1972. In 1976 he came back to Arlington. He was an over the road trucker and drove for Bell Creek Trucking, T&T Trucking and had his own Trucking Company Northwest Provisions. He drove for Rhea Cattle Company his last few years.
Bruce married Elizabeth Diggs on August 4, 2008 in Colorado. She preceded him in death October 19, 2016.
Survived by his sons, Anthony (Deanne) Brown of Zumbrota, Minnesota, Justin (Chelsea) Brown of Spicer, Minnesota and Kyle (Holly) Brown of Nickerson; daughters, Heather, (Marc) Fredrickson of Zumbrota, Minnesota and Danielle (Casey) Grivy of Palmer; stepdaughter, Angela Kinkead; brother, William “Bill” Brown of Lincoln; sister, Amy Brown of Omaha; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his father, Donald; mother, Carletta Stoll; wife, Beth; and stepson Douglas D.J. Kinkead.
Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 26, 2026, at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington. Chaplain Scott Jensen will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Arlington City Cemetery in Arlington. Online condolences may be left at www.mosermemorialchapels.com.
