On Saturday, January 3, 2026, Thomas P. Masters, 93, passed away peacefully in Fremont.
Tom grew up in Omaha and graduated from Cathedral High School in 1950. He played football and was an avid bowler.
Tom and his brother Bill owned and operated a 3rd generation company, Masters Sheet Metal, in Omaha. Tom and his wife, Carol lived in North Bend for the past 12 years to be closer to family.
He is survived by his wife, Carol of 40 years; daughters, Leslie and Edward Emanuel of North Bend, Dana and Paul Buschkemper of Apex, North Carolina; son Troy and Bethany Gronberg of Olympia, Washington; brother, Hub Masters of Omaha; sister, Margaret (Lee) Williamsen of Omaha; grandchildren, Annalie and Elliora Gronberg, Brett and Leo Buschkemper; and many nieces and nephews which he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and three sisters.
Memorial Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2026, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in North Bend. Family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10 a.m. with the rosary starting at 10 at the church.
Burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery in North Bend.
