A Fremont man faces various charges following a disturbance at about 12:02 Saturday afternoon in the 2000 block of East 23rd Avenue South.
An investigation concluded that Brandon M. Papstein, 34, threatened individuals in the businesses and resisted police upon contact with him. He was arrested for terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, assault in the third degree, child abuse, criminal mischief, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
