Whiteout conditions, high winds slam parts of Midwest

Winds gusts up to 50 miles per hour caused whiteout conditions across parts of Minnesota in the first significant snowfall of the season. Meanwhile, in North Dakota, a 60-mile-long stretch of I-94 was shut down Tuesday evening.
