At its Annual Dinner on Tuesday, the Fremont Area Community Foundation (FACF) announced the launch of Focus on Fremont, a new interactive community scorecard designed to help residents, nonprofits, businesses, and civic leaders better understand local trends and opportunities for improvement.
The online tool tracks key indicators of community vitality across Health, Education, Economy, Housing, Quality of Life, and Social and Economic Wellbeing factors, offering a clear picture of how the Fremont area is doing today — and where attention and investment are most needed for the future.
“When we can see where our community is thriving and where challenges remain, we can make smarter decisions and take action together,” FACF Executive Director Melissa Diers said. “Focus on Fremont will help everyone — from individual donors to large organizations to community leaders — invest time and resources in ways that create meaningful change.”
FACF developed the scorecard in partnership with local stakeholders and trusted data sources. The platform is free and publicly accessible at focusonfremont.org. FACF will update it regularly as new data becomes available.
The Foundation invites nonprofits, business leaders, educators, elected officials, and residents to explore the tool and use it to guide programs, grants, and community initiatives.
