A Fremont man faces charges following a hit-and-run crash Wednesday afternoon.
Police responded to the incident at about 3:43 p.m. in the area of South Bell Street and East Cuming Street. Following an investigation, Manuel Lopez Solis was arrested and booked for false reporting, leaving the scene of an accident, and no operator’s license.
