Nancy L. Roeder, 61, of Fremont passed away, Friday, October 31, 2025, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.
Nancy was born November 11, 1963, in Fremont to Lanny and Virginia (Hurt) Studt. She graduated from Fremont High School in 1982 and completed her education at Bahners Hair School. Nancy married Victor Roeder on June 14, 1986, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont. She worked as a para educator for Fremont Public Schools for 17 years. Nancy operated Vic’s photography together with her husband Vic.
Nancy was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont. She enjoyed crafting, boating, traveling and most importantly spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Vic Roeder of Fremont; daughter, Elizabeth “Liz” (Tom) Gibney; son, Harrison Roeder and Ashley Reid; mother, Virginia Studt; brothers, Randy (Renee) Studt and David Studt all of Fremont; grandchildren, Bentley and Lainey Gibney; and sister-in-law, Valerie Schonberg and Ed Schumacher of Atlanta, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her father.
The Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Friday, November 7, 2025, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont. The visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. with a Rosary said following the visitation, Thursday, all at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont.
