RVR Bank has announced the promotion of Crystal Coburn to Arlington office branch manager.
A highly respected member of RVR Bank, Coburn brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of customer needs to her new leadership role. She initially joined the bank, then operating as Two Rivers Bank, in 2020 in a customer service capacity at the Arlington branch. Prior to that, she had already accumulated more than 17 years of experience in customer service and supervision, a foundation that has proven invaluable to the bank and its clientele.
In her expanded role as branch manager, Coburn will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and providing leadership and mentorship to the Arlington personnel. She will also continue her direct engagement with customers, assisting them with essential services like opening new accounts. Furthermore, Coburn will continue to leverage her specialized expertise by contributing to the bank’s compliance audits.
The branch is located at 130 East Eagle Street in Arlington.
