Fremont police have identified the driver of a motorcycle involved in an accident Friday morning.
FPD investigated the personal injury accident at about 11:52 a.m. in the 400 block of Bell Street. Jackie Joe Elkins, 65, was identified as the driver. No other vehicles were involved.
Elkins was transported to a medical facility.
