Dodge woman faces charge of possession

A traffic stop Thursday led to a Dodge woman’s arrest.

At about 1:22 a.m., police stopped a vehicle in the 1200 block of East 23rd Street. Drugs were located resulting in the arrest of Jill M. Smith, 49, for possession of a controlled substance.
