A Hooper man was arrested following an incident Tuesday.
At about 12:22 a.m., officers responded to the 100 block of North Pebble Street for a report of an assault. FPD determined the complaint to be valid and learned that an individual involved had left the area.
That individual, Blake A. Bunz, 38, of Hooper was located and arrested for assault by strangulation or suffocation, third-degree domestic assault, first-degree false imprisonment, and terroristic threats
