Officials announce JCF Days parade winners

Officials with John C. Fremont Days have announced the winners from Sunday’s parade.

Rise Above Gymnastics won for best overall entry while Royal Canin was named best business entry. Lifegate Church captured top honors for religious entry while the best historical honor went to Nebraska Antique Power Association No. 25.

Fremont High School was named best marching band.

Judges were Kelli Vondra, chair of the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; Bob Missel, chairman of the Dodge County Board of Supervisors; and Fremont Police Sergeant John Giesselmann.
