Furmain Bicaba, who was reported missing Wednesday morning in Blair, has been located deceased.
The Blair Police Department said Bicaba’s death appears to be the result of a suicide.
BPD said multiple agencies assisted in the search, including Blair Fire & Rescue, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the
Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.
