A Fremont man faces charges following an incident Saturday morning.
At about 1:51 a.m., police were dispatched to the area of 230 West 22nd Street in reference to a disturbance. Officers arrested Billy Turner Jr. of Fremont for domestic violence assault third-degree causing injury and DUI.
