The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received a grant from the Nebraska Office of Highway Safety for overtime traffic enforcement in conjunction with the “Make It Click” mobilization.
Agencies from across Nebraska and the United States participated in this initiative. The grant period was from May 12 through June 1. DCSO provided 14 deputies working a total of 197 overtime hours.

• 7 Arrests for DWI – Alcohol Only
• 2 Arrests for DUI – Drugs Only
• 2 Evaluations conducted by a Drug Recognition Expert
• 8 Fugitives Apprehended
• 5 Minor in Possession Citations
• 5 Open Container Citations
• 38 Speeding Citations
• 2 Reckless Driving Citations
• 106 Total Citations Issued
• 301 Total Contacts
