Fremont police conducted a traffic stop at about 12:34 Saturday morning on a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of 23rd and Clarkson.
During the stop, officers observed illegal items inside the vehicle. Caden Arps of Fremont was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a deadly weapon while committing a felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, and willful reckless driving.
